The dissemination of the results of the Interactive ICT-based Programme To Train and Learn English Language Competences for Instructors of Technical Subjects at Vocational Training Schools will form an integral part of each stage of the proposed project, thus turning the development phase of the Programme itself into a learning experience for the primary target group of technical subjects instructors.
The detailed needs analysis of the Programme will have built-in tools to heighten the linguistic sensitivity and awareness of the target group of the instructors of technical subjects. Such an approach will ensure a stronger commitment and understanding of the purpose of the Programme by the instructors themselves. The tools proved most effective will be included in the finished Programme to gain commitment of those initial vocational schools instructors who have not directly contributed to the needs analysis.
The structure of the transnational partnership aims at a balance between developers of the Programme and its users, The institutions engaged in the development of the Programme will be involved in the marketing and dissemination as well, having access and links with vocational schools. In the schools contact persons will be identified for the localise marketing of the Programme. The national and co-ordinating institutions as partners will be able to use their transnational networks to promote the Programme in the language relevant European countries.
There will be sample Internet and off-line versions of the Programme available to potential users.
The best practice of the schools involved in the partnership will be used as a promotion tool.
The pricing of the Programme (CD or Internet-based)
will be agreed by the partners, however the co-ordinator's policy will be
reaching the maximum number of vocational instructors while covering the
cost of the dissemination phase.
