Experience/Expertise:

FLEP - Formaçao, Língua e Estudos Portugueses Ltd has participated in several European projects in partnership with other companies and Institutions under several programmes sponsored by European Commission. These projects have aimed at developing and editing new material for applied language learning and have been undertaken in partnership with companies from European countries, such as Spain, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Sweden, Hungary and Czech Republic. These project has been developed in the ICT-based distance learning format.Other projects have covered the fields of language training, translation and interpretation, organisation of conferences and meetings providing support services. FLEP has a wide experience in organising language courses with specific programs and resources either for students or for executives. FLEP is experienced in dissemination of ICT-based language training. FLEP has been legally established in 18th October 1990 with the Head Office in Lisbon.

Role:

The qualifications of FLEP’s teachers will be beneficial for the ELCIT programme in the language material collation phase since they closely co-operate with schools and they are excellent linguists who will be beneficial to both the stage of the data gathering and assessment of the language learning methodology and efficiency of the product.
