Experience/Expertise:

Experience and expertise in company training systems design, trainer training, and adult training and retraining, especially in the area of labour market development and restructuralization programmes. Expertise in issues concerned with competence analysis and training needs analysis. Experience in international environment and co-operation through participation in EU-PHARE projects.

Role:

Main partner of the Management and Development Team, co-ordinator of Slovak contributions to the project development. Corresponding responsibilities for monitoring, evaluation and dissemination. Similarly to TEiC and FLEP, involved in the initial needs analysis, piloting of the framework, and record of language competences. Providing access to instructors and apprentices for piloting and evaluation in Slovakia, principally via a selected initial vocational training school. Establishes links to the Slovak Ministry of Labour.
