On completion of the project:
a) Interactive ICT-based Programme to train and learn specific work-related English language competences for initial vocational schools instructors with threshold or elementary knowledge of English
b) CD ROM and the Internet based distance learning multimedia interactive programme including a hardcopy of key elements of the program (produced as a toolkit with an audiocassette, CD-ROM, or downloadable .pdf file, consisting of module practice books, self-assessment logbook, and professional language learning aids) for instructors of technical subjects at initial vocational training schools to learn basic professional English language skills of the technical subjects they train
c) a multilingual (Czech, Slovak, Spanish, Portuguese) toolkit for practice and assessment of the acquired work-related English language competences of the initial vocational schools instructors.
d) a portfolio style record of acquired work-related language competences. Created in the participants' native languages (Czech, Slovak, Spanish, Portuguese) during both the comprehensive mini-pilot and the pilot stage of the project. Produced in hardcopy format, PC format, or downloadable .pdf file. To be made available to the sample group of the project ELCIT (i.e. initial vocational schools instructors). It is anticipated that when the completed Programme is in everyday use in initial vocational system the record of work-related language competences will be available for the use of the programme users as a proof of the acquired work-related language skills transparent for the current or potential employer.
e) guidelines for the use of each segment of product (project website, multilingual modules, self-assessment tools, portfolio record). An explanation of the purpose and format of each segment of the product (hardcopy, CD-ROM, and downloadable .pdf file).
